He has acted as counsel before the Constitutional Court, the Court of Justice of the European Union, the Council of State, the Regional Administrative Courts, the audit courts, the Supreme Court of Cassation, the Tribunals and Courts of Appeal and independent administrative authorities, as well as before the autodichia (internal self-adjudication) bodies of the Constitutional Bodies, administrative panels with decision-making and sanctioning powers, and arbitral tribunals (as counsel and as arbitrator).
