In particular, in the national and international gambling sector, both online and offline, Studio Mazzoli has provided its advisory services to leading gaming and betting companies (operating in Italy and abroad) on the analysis of public-law rules (calls for tender and/or authorisation procedures), civil-law matters (start-up, development and operation), financial and tax matters (also with the support of other professionals in the field) and the complex liability regime applicable to the sector (criminal, administrative and financial), including in connection with the principles of so-called responsible gaming, as well as on the flows and trends of gambling in B2B, B2C, C2B and B2G (B2A) relationships.
