In this area, Paolo Mazzoli and the Firm regularly work with numerous professional bodies on the study, updating and development of disciplinary and professional conduct systems (including through participation in study committees) and on representation in litigation arising from the related implementing measures (in both the administrative and the judicial phase).
Institutional appointments held by Paolo Mazzoli:
– From 2005 to 2014 member of the Professional Conduct Committee of the Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato (National Council of Notaries) (study groups on the new disciplinary code and the professional conduct database).
Paolo Mazzoli has gained extensive, highly qualified experience in so-called sports law through participation in sports dispute resolution bodies (both as a member of the adjudicating panel and as counsel instructed to defend the interests and rights of the parties involved in the proceedings).
